How to Eat for Happiness

Good morning my beautiful angels,

I know the rhythm of this blog has been sort of funny lately, I just like to write as things come up and I'm trying to get better about writing about things that I go to, as well. And I sort of like the idea of people stumbling onto Hot Literati and having a lot to read through.
Today, I want to talk about health and happiness, because learning more about it definitely changed my life.
When I was a teenager, I struggled with body image as most women did in the western world. And through reading people like Sabrina Strings and listening to the iWeigh Podcast during the pandemic, I was able to start accepting myself.
I also spent a couple of years working at Blackbird, a really lovely restaurant tech startup filled with people with an infectious love of food. And then meeting and chatting with (and dating a couple of) chefs also really changed my life.
