I'm shaking up the email schedule a bit. We will still do "Little Deaths/Delights" inside of the community on Monday's, but you'll only receive Hot Literati emails on Wednesdays and Fridays now.
I'm on my third cup of coffee listening to Francesco de Masi. I wrote 600 words this morning and picked The Idiot back up last night. It's muggy outside. Life is good.
Courses
I completed this course and took my email inbox from 15,000 emails to 9 emails. Alfred Adler wrote about how all of the problems in our life are relationship problems. As in your relationship to the thing. It helped me understand why I struggled to delete and categorize emails. Now I love my inbox.
The stuff about Adler applies for anything, which is why journaling and inner work is very important. If you're feeling a little aimless or unmotivated try Becoming Yourself or Thinking (Happily) About the Next Five Years.
Community
I added a Job Board to the Community! Sometimes someone will reach out to me with an opportunity and/or someone will ask me if I know anyone hiring. Either way, I figure it will be a helpful addition to our community. I added a really cool job around content and community that pays $80-$100k/yr.
We just started reading The Waves by Virginia Woolf for our Book Club. You can join live on Sunday evenings or participate in the chat room. I love seeing your posts in the Hot Literati Academy Group and I've been pinning messages with templates and ideas for the other ones as well. I also added a Job Board where I'll put jobs for creative people that come across my desk.

In Sum
I may go look at some art today. Or maybe to the Sauna. I've been so offline, truly just spending my time in a book or on Hot Literati, and my head feels really clear in a delicious way. I think that's why I've been writing so much and putting writing updates in the writer's group.
