Sunset Run Club with Sun Cruiser

On Wednesday, July 8th,

I, hailo, went on a run with Dylan Efron!

That morning, I got on a plane in Wichita, Kansas, my hometown, and flew through Minneapolis to La Guardia. I called a car straight to Pier 66 where I joined a group of runners, influencers, and journalists to run around three miles with Dylan Efron.

I checked my 48 pound suitcase, my reliable L'ipault Paris weekender bag, and my acoustic guitar with the Sun Cruiser team, before running 3.75 miles while chatting with New Yorkers, influencers like "Food Mog," and other lifestyle and fitness influencers.

Afterwards, we all headed across the street to The Yacht Club to drink Sun Cruiser, to chat, and to hang out under the setting sun.

I took a quick photo with Dylan himself, who I asked if I did the run.

"Yes!" I said, happily.

"You don't look like it," he said, "that's a compliment."

For the next thirty minutes, we danced, laughed, talked, and drank spiked Iced Tea.

It's mid-summer. Life is good.
