Know your stuff. All light or all dark, or light and dark of the same one spirit. Drink at least one glass of prosecco or one pint of whatever is on tap. Bring lipstick or gloss, and perfume. Bring headphones. Drink and talk so much you forget to reapply your lipstick or gloss. Listen to music and stick your tongue out. Dance. Receive the compliment: “what are you on?” Drink water every time you find yourself standing still. Talk to the person at the bar who is there alone but doesn’t act like it. Sit alone at the bar and don’t act like you’re at the bar alone. Dance. Put your sunglasses on. Don’t forget to bring sunglasses. Ask the person reading something what they’re reading. Dance. Receive a gift from a new friend, put it somewhere safe. Don’t go home until the sun does. Say “good morning” to her. Stretch. Eat. Sleep. Dance.
