About
Understand the mission, know your actual job, speak up for yourself, and actually enjoy it. Most onboarding advice tells you to make a good impression. This course tells you something more useful: how to actually understand the company you just joined, what your role is really there to do, how to ask for what you need without waiting for permission, and how to get genuinely into the work instead of just surviving it. Five short levels, built around one real move each — a quick read, one real conversation or task, and a note to yourself. About 2–3 hours total, meant to be played across your first two weeks, not finished the night before you start. By the end, you'll have a one-page plan you'll actually reread in month three: what the company is trying to win this year, what you were really hired to do, one thing you've asked for on your own behalf, the part of the job you're genuinely into, and the ritual that's keeping it fun. 5 levels · 2–3 hours · journal recommended
