About
This is not a productivity course. It will not give you a 5am club to join, a habit tracker, or a list of routines borrowed from a CEO's morning. It is a course about the two windows of your day that do more disproportionate work than the other twenty-two hours combined — and how to design both of them on purpose, with research behind every decision, instead of letting them happen to you by default. Most people treat mornings and evenings as transitions: the blurry part before the real day starts and the blurry part after it ends. That's the mistake. Research on memory and decision-making shows the start and the end of any stretch of time carry disproportionate weight — in how it's remembered, and in how it shapes what comes next. Your morning sets the cognitive and emotional trajectory for everything that follows it. Your evening determines how well you recover, how well you sleep, and what state you hand off to tomorrow's version of you. Get the bookends right, and the middle of your day gets dramatically easier without you touching it directly.
